Human Resource Auditor

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct an end-to-end HR audit covering recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary procedures.
Review compliance with Pakistan Labour Laws, EOBI, SESSI, and other statutory requirements.
Assess HR records and data management for accuracy, confidentiality, and GDPR-equivalent privacy standards.
Evaluate employee performance management systems, appraisals, and KPIs for fairness and effectiveness.
Identify gaps in HR policies compared to best practices (including UK and global standards if relevant).
Review compliance with company code of conduct, workplace safety, and grievance procedures.
Conduct employee interviews or surveys to assess engagement, morale, and retention risks.
Prepare a comprehensive audit report with findings, risk levels, and clear recommendations.
Present findings to senior management and assist in developing an improvement action plan
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
CIPD, SHRM, or HR Audit Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 5+ years of HR auditing, HR compliance, or senior HR generalist experience.
Prior experience auditing SMEs, transport, or rental-based companies is an advantage.
