About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven
Social Media Marketing Specialist
to manage, grow, and optimize our online presence. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in content creation but also understands how to design visually engaging posts and run effective Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution across multiple social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Design and create engaging social media content (static posts, reels, stories, short videos, infographics).
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry updates to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and foster meaningful brand interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media campaigns with marketing and business objectives.

Must-Haves:

  • Strong graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe Suite or similar).
  • Proven experience in creating and managing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X).
  • Excellent communication skills (written & visual storytelling).
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred but not mandatory):

  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing.
