Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Executive, located in Sindh, Pakistan. The IT Executive will be responsible for managing the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and efficiency. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining network systems, and coordinating with other departments to support IT needs. The role also involves managing software and hardware installations, upgrades, and configurations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Network Administration, IT Support, and Cybersecurity measures
  • Experience with IT Infrastructure Management, including hardware and software maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Familiarity with database management and relevant software tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of experience
  • Relevant certifications in IT services or network management, such as CompTIA or CISCO, are advantageous
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the engineering, chemical, or power sector is a plus
