Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Climate Change Intern located in Islamabad. The Climate Change Intern will assist in research, analysis, and development of strategies related to climate change adaptation and mitigation. Day-to-day tasks include data collection, data analysis, reporting on climate and carbon metrics, and supporting senior consultants in various projects involving energy transition and ESG strategies. You'll also contribute to research and knowledge products—from writing blogs and newsletters to helping organize webinars and learning sessions. This is an internship leading to a full time position opportunity.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to analyze data and generate insights
  • Knowledge of Climate and Carbon metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a graduate program related to environmental science, sustainability, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Passion for climate change and sustainability
  • Experience in consulting or research is a plus

Eligibility:

– 0–1 years of relevant experience

– BSc/BE in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Climate Change, Sustainable Development, or related fields
