Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to clinics, physicians, and medical practices in the US
  • Present our
    Credentialing

    MIPS
    , and
    Medical Billing
    services clearly and professionally
  • Build relationships, generate interest, and schedule follow-up meetings or demos
  • Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups, and progress in CRM
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Experience in
    telesales
    ,
    call center
    , or
    US healthcare services
    is a plus
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Confident in phone conversations and objection handling
  • Familiarity with
    medical billing
    ,
    RCM
    ,
    MIPS
    , or
    Credentialing
    is a big plus
  • Must be comfortable working
    night shifts
