Salary:
Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 100,000 per month
Timings:
10 AM – 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)

results-driven Sales Team Lead
to manage our telesales team and drive outbound sales efforts in the region.
�� Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls and receive inbound calls to generate sales opportunities, close deals, and achieve sales targets.

Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales goals, contributing to overall company revenue.
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and generate sales opportunities
Build strong customer relationships and provide tailored solutions
Manage CRM data and track sales performance
Train and support team members to enhance their skills
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Fluent English
– Strong verbal & written communication skills

Outbound Sales Experience
– Proven track record in telesales, preferably in international markets
��
Leadership Skills
– Prior experience in managing a sales team
��
CRM Proficiency
– Comfortable with sales and call center tools
��
Target-Oriented
– Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
