Admission Officer – Adiuvo Consultants

We are looking for a
detail-oriented and proactive Admission Officer
to join our dynamic Processing Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student applications, ensuring documentation accuracy, and coordinating with partner universities.

Adiuvo Consultants is a leading education and career consultancy, helping students achieve their academic and professional goals abroad. With a commitment to excellence and integrity, we guide students through every step of the study abroad journey.

Key Responsibility:

  • Review and process student applications for study abroad programs.
  • Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate with admissions teams and universities for application updates.
  • Maintain student records and provide regular follow-ups.
  • Assist in visa application preparation and submission.
  • Work closely with counsellors and compliance team to ensure smooth processing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum)
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Prior experience in education consultancy or admissions will be a plus.
