Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to join our Government Bids Team in Hyderabad. The intern will assist in the preparation, review, and organization of contract documents, ensuring compliance with bid requirements and supporting smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. This internship provides valuable exposure to government project bidding and contract management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing bid-related contract documents.

  • Support compliance checks with government and client requirements.

  • Maintain and update bid records, files, and documentation.

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely submission of proposals.

  • Conduct basic research to support contract management and bid preparation.

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Bids Team.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
