Role description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Service Desk team. This role will be responsible for monitoring service quality, analyzing performance data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance:

    Monitor and evaluate the quality of service desk processes to ensure compliance with company standards and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis:

    Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Agile Methodologies:

    Apply Agile principles to streamline and enhance service desk operations and workflows.
  • Process Improvement (Six Sigma):

    Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to reduce variability and drive consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Reporting:

    Prepare and present comprehensive reports detailing service desk performance metrics and quality assurance findings.
  • Training & Development:

    Provide actionable feedback and training to service desk staff to improve performance and adherence to quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal teams and departments to address quality issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    Identify opportunities for optimization and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in a Quality Assurance role within a service desk environment.
  • Experience as a Service Desk Analyst.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and implementation.
  • Working knowledge of Six Sigma principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
