About Us

ZIMS HRS is seeking a
dynamic and versatile professional
to join our growing team in Karachi. This position is ideal for candidates who can manage both
digital marketing and HR functions
, ensuring effective business operations and a strong digital presence.

Location:
Shahrah-e-Faisal, Near FTC, Karachi

Salary Range:
PKR 35,000 – 40, Ltr Fuel Allowance

Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Benefits:
Medical Allowance

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain the company website.
  • Plan and implement effective SEO strategies (On-Page & Off-Page).
  • Design, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
  • Support HR functions, including recruitment, staff coordination, and record management.
  • Draft professional correspondence and manage internal/external communications.
  • Perform administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Website Development.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO techniques and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to handle HR-related responsibilities alongside marketing tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
