Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Head is responsible for leading the strategic direction, implementation, and management of all digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. This role demands a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills, coupled with a deep understanding of data-driven marketing strategies. The Digital Marketing Head will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with the company's objectives and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive 
    digital marketing strategies
     across paid media, organic channels, content, branding, and cross-channel campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, hiring and training 
    top-tier talent
     in digital marketing.
  • Drive the department's vision, process, and performance, ensuring measurable ROI and alignment with business objectives.

Paid & Organic Marketing Management:

  • Oversee 
    PPC, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, influencer campaigns, and programmatic advertising
    .
  • Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Ensure cross-channel optimization, cohesive messaging, and audience segmentation.

Content & Brand Management
:

  • Lead 
    content strategy
    , ensuring alignment with brand identity and voice.
  • Supervise creative development including copywriting, graphics, video production, and campaigns for social media, web, and experiential channels.
  • Present and pitch 
    innovative creative solutions
     to clients, ensuring impactful brand storytelling.

Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
:

  • Monitor, measure, and report on 
    campaign performance, KPIs, customer insights, and market trends
    .
  • Make data-backed decisions to refine strategy and optimize results.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and innovations for clients.

Innovation & Vendor Management:

  • Implement 
    AI-driven marketing tools
     and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and creativity.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, including 
    models, video production teams, and influencers
    .
  • Drive experimentation with emerging trends, platforms, and formats to keep the agency at the cutting edge.

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with 3+ years in a 
    leadership role
     managing a full-scale digital marketing department.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in 
    strategy development, execution, and cross-channel optimization
    .
  • Hands-on experience in 
    paid media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, brand management, and performance marketing
    .
  • Strong analytical, data-driven mindset, and ability to interpret insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Experience managing vendors, production teams, influencers, and outsourcing partners.
  • Passion for 
    AI tools implementation, innovation, and experimentation
     in digital marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote client brands across various platforms.
  • Utilize Canva to create compelling proposals, presentations, and designs that resonate with clients.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Write concise and engaging content for various marketing materials, including website copy, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistency across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance brand strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, Facebook Ads, etc.).

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing strategies.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
