Overview:
Join a leading multinational apparel manufacturer as a Quality Assurance General Manager in Bangladesh. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across different apparel products processes.

Job Role:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and policies specific to knitwear, aligning with company standards and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the quality assurance team, providing leadership, training, and development to ensure high performance in knitwear production.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements for knitwear.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of knitwear manufacturing processes to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Collaborate with production, design, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns related to knitwear and drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics related to knitwear production to report on performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage relationships with external quality assurance partners and certification bodies specific to knitwear.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the quality of knitwear products and reduce defects, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand integrity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Textile Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in
    quality assurance within the apparel manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of managing quality assurance teams and implementing effective quality control measures specific to knitwear.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
