Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Cold Calling Agent role located in Lahore. The primary responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce the company's products or services, building rapport with prospects, and effectively communicating value propositions. The agent will address inquiries, qualify leads, and maintain accurate records of interactions. Meeting or exceeding targets and ensuring exceptional customer service are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales aptitude, including the ability to persuade and handle objections.
  • Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and customer engagement is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data management would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus.
