Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join our team, focusing on campaign performance and sales data analytics. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent graduate who is eager to apply foundational data science knowledge directly to business intelligence. The MTO will primarily assist the manager by transforming raw campaign and sales data into actionable insights, playing a crucial part in optimizing marketing and sales strategies. This is a foundational role designed to cultivate future data leaders in a practical, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign and Sales Analysis:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of campaign data and sales sheets to evaluate performance, identify trends, and measure ROI.
  • Assist the manager in generating reports that link marketing activities to sales outcomes.

Reporting and Visualization:

  • Extract, clean, and process data from various reporting tools, including Microsoft Clarity/Zoho Reports, to generate insights on user behavior and campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain routine CRM reporting to track lead progression, sales pipeline health, and key customer metrics.
  • Create clear, automated dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders efficiently.
  • Candidates with the knowledge of MS Excel Formulae will be preferred.

Data Modelling and Strategy Support:

  • Support the development and testing of basic predictive models (e.g., forecasting sales or lead volume).
  • Contribute to the documentation of data methodologies and model performance.
  • Assist in identifying data quality issues and implementing procedures to ensure reliable reporting.
  • Learning and Development:
  • Actively participate in the structured MTO program and seek mentorship to rapidly advance both technical and leadership skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Candidates with the knowledge of MS Excel Formulae will be preferred.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (including libraries like pandas).
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with or understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with web analytics platforms (e.g., Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics).

Analytical Aptitude:

  • Demonstrated ability to approach complex problems with a structured, analytical mindset.
  • Extreme attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical teams.
