Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash flow management, fund allocation, and liquidity monitoring.
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to support business needs.
  • Manage banking relationships, including negotiations on financing, trade facilities, and treasury products.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of working capital through efficient management of payables, receivables, and credit lines.
  • Evaluate and mitigate financial risks (foreign exchange, interest rate, liquidity).
  • Prepare periodic treasury reports and dashboards for management and Board review.
  • Support capital raising, debt structuring, and refinancing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements (SBP/SECP).
  • Lead treasury-related audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and controls within treasury operations.

Requirements

  • MBA Finance, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 7–10 years of proven experience in corporate treasury, banking, or corporate finance (preferably with FMCG/large industrial groups).
  • Strong understanding of cash flow modeling, debt instruments, and treasury systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of SBP regulations, FX management, and banking practices.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel, and ERP-based treasury modules.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and risk management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
