We're hiring an Ads Specialist to run and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads - directly with our clients and internal team.

This is an
in-person, full-time role
and an opportunity to work with a fast-growing, high-performing team.

Salary range:
PKR 140k – 160k per month (can quickly go up to 200k if you prove yourself)

Schedule:
Monday–Friday; 12 pm – 8 pm

Office location:
DHA Phase 7, Karachi

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google & Meta campaigns (lead gen, conversions, traffic, e-com).
  • Track and analyze performance (CPC, CTR, CPL, CPM, ROAS).
  • Run A/B tests for creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Create creative briefs for design/copy teams.
  • Report results and lead client calls.
  • Solve technical issues and ensure tracking is set up correctly.
  • Create creative briefs for the designers and video editors.
  • Manage and lead a team.

Requirements

  • Must be an expert in Google PPC and must have some experience on Meta.
  • 3+ years of experience with Google & Meta Ads and managing clients.
  • Excellent English communication skills are required, with the ability to confidently handle client calls.
  • Strong knowledge of GA, Tag Manager, Pixel, and Events Manager.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or similar tools.
  • Highly technical, problem-solver, and team player.
