Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the PD team and oversee end-to-end product development.
  • Manage approvals of production and PP samples with designers.
  • Resolve troubleshooting related to GGT, PP, and fabric store departments.
  • Coordinate with embroidery, dyeing, and block print departments for in-house fabric priorities.
  • Maintain and present updated reports and Excel sheets to senior management.
  • Ensure smooth communication with merchandisers and production teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Textile, Fashion, or related field.
  • Proven experience in product development (preferably in apparel/retail).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
