Job description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our factory team. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in designing apparel (t-shirts and related products) while also managing basic office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design creative and production-ready graphics for t-shirts, uniforms, and other apparel.
  • Create digital and print-ready designs (banners, labels, packaging, etc.).
  • Work on CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, Inpage, etc. to develop design files.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of designs for printing and production.
  • Assist in documentation, data entry, and reporting using MS Word & Excel.
  • Coordinate with production team to ensure timely delivery of designs.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (factory/garment industry experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Inpage (Illustrator is a plus).
  • Knowledge of printing techniques and apparel design trends.
  • Basic computer skills in MS Word & Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment with attention to detail.
