Senior Textile Designer

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Textile Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, color, and fabric design with the ability to create original prints and patterns that reflect our brand's modern yet elegant aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative textile prints and fabric designs for seasonal collections.
- Research trends, color palettes, and fabric techniques.
- Create mood boards and design concepts aligned with brand direction.
- Coordinate with the fashion design and production teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Review samples and ensure quality and finish consistency.
- Guide junior designers and provide creative direction throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Design or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in textile/fashion industry.
- Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD for textile design.
- Excellent sense of color, texture, and composition.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
