About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Textile Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, color, and fabric design with the ability to create original prints and patterns that reflect our brand's modern yet elegant aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative textile prints and fabric designs for seasonal collections.
  • Research trends, color palettes, and fabric techniques.
  • Create mood boards and design concepts aligned with brand direction.
  • Coordinate with the fashion design and production teams to ensure design accuracy.
  • Review samples and ensure quality and finish consistency.
  • Guide junior designers and provide creative direction throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Design or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in textile/fashion industry.
  • Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD for textile design.
  • Excellent sense of color, texture, and composition.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
