About the role:
We are looking for a
Marketing Specialist
to join our growing internal team. This role is for someone who is creative, data-driven, technically savvy, and comfortable using AI tools.

The Marketing Specialist will support lead generation-focused content creation, social media management, and campaign optimization. You will work closely with leadership to build and grow Bionic Talent's digital presence, create compelling content, and help position our brand as a global thought leader in remote hiring.

The ideal candidate is someone who is a strong communicator, has a good design sense, stays updated with marketing trends, and knows how to execute ideas across multiple platforms.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and grow Bionic Talent's social media presence across key platforms.
  • Create engaging content (posts, reels, carousels, short-form videos, blog snippets, etc.).
  • Assist with basic SEO tasks such as keyword research, website content, and improving on-page SEO.
  • Support marketing campaigns across email, social, and website channels.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all content and platforms.
  • Collaborate with leadership to brainstorm content strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Handle graphic design tasks, fully creating materials in Canva or similar platforms.
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Basic SEO knowledge and familiarity with keyword tools.
  • Good design sense with experience using Canva or similar design platforms.
  • Strong command of AI tools—ChatGPT, Canva AI, image generators, and automation tools.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Highly organized, creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
