Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and skilled fresh graduate to join our team as the Videographer/Editor to lead our visual storytelling across digital platforms. This role involves capturing high-quality photo and video content and editing for multiple formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
  • Capture professional photos and videos for campaigns, events, programs, and behind-the-scenes activities.
  • Create short-form and long-form content tailored for different platforms (Instagram Reels/Ads, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Conceptualize and storyboard creative content ideas aligned with brand goals.
  • Editing & Production:
  • Edit videos, reels, and stories using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro,

Adobe Photoshop,

After Effects, Illustrator, CapCut, Canva).
- Retouch and edit images for professional use.
- Ensure content is optimized for different platforms and formats.
- Brand Alignment:
- Maintain consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all media.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align campaigns with brand objectives.
- Stay updated with platform trends, especially Instagram.
- Leadership & Strategy:
- Propose new ideas for campaigns and creative direction.
- Ensure timely delivery of content for campaigns and product launches.

Requirements:

  • Own equipment (Professional Camera/High quality phone camera)
  • Own microphones (We can discuss alternatives if not)

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in photography, videography, and editing.
  • Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
  • Creativity with an eye for detail, storytelling, and design aesthetics.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
