Sultan Marketing is seeking a talented and creative Videographer / Video Editor to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content for our real estate projects and campaigns. This role also includes creating engaging AI-generated voiceovers, AI-generated videos, and optimizing visual content for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture, edit, and produce engaging video content for marketing campaigns, events, and social media.
  • Create AI-generated videos using advanced video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, or similar).
  • Record and edit professional voice-overs for promotional and corporate videos.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative storyboards and video concepts.
  • Edit videos for multiple formats (Reels, YouTube, Meta Ads, Website).
  • Manage lighting, sound, and other technical aspects of video production.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and project goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Synthesia, Pika Labs, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and video storytelling.
  • Good voice quality and experience in recording or editing voice-overs.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual composition.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in media, film, design, or marketing.
  • Experience with motion graphics and sound design.
  • Basic photography skills are a plus.
