We are looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our on-site team and drive business growth through Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients through Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Manage and maintain professional profiles and portfolios to attract quality leads and enhance company visibility.
- Write and submit effective bids and proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical and design teams to prepare project estimates and proposals.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Track leads, proposals, and conversions through a structured reporting system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales through Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital solutions.
- Ability to create professional and persuasive proposals.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently on-site.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field .
