Trainee HRMS Consultants

What you will do;

Assist in requirement gathering and analysis from business users in HR functions.
Support the configuration, testing, and documentation of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 modules, such as:
HRMS Modules: Core HR, Payroll, Performance Management.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist users in validating system functionality.
Work with senior consultants to map business processes with Oracle best practices.
Document functional setups, test cases, and end-user training material.

Requirements;

Strong academic background in Business Administration, or Human Resource Management (BBA/MBA/BS/MS).
Basic understanding of business processes in HR or Finance.
Good communication and presentation skills.
