Overview

ABS International is hiring a data-driven YouTube Growth Specialist to own channel strategy, audience growth and channel SEO on-site in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 13C. You will use analytics and creative tests to increase subscribers, watch time and revenue while working with producers and editors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute YouTube growth strategies focused on subscribers, watch time and retention.
  • Perform advanced YouTube SEO and metadata optimization: titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails.
  • Use YouTube Analytics and Google Analytics to create reports, run A/B testing and improve CTR.
  • Monitor trends and competitors (Social Blade, TubeBuddy, VidIQ) and surface new content opportunities.
  • Collaborate with editors using Premiere Pro / After Effects and designers using Canva / Photoshop to ensure upload-ready assets.
  • Moderate community and implement tactics to drive repeat views and subscriber loyalty.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years growing YouTube channels or similar digital marketing experience with demonstrable subscriber/view growth.
  • Expert in YouTube Analytics, YouTube SEO, keyword research, thumbnails, CTR and retention strategies.
  • Proficiency with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Photoshop, TubeBuddy or VidIQ.
  • Strong analytical mindset, project management skills and night-shift availability (on-site).
