ABS International (16+ years) is hiring an on-site YouTube SEO & Growth Specialist to own channel growth for international clients — keyword research, metadata & thumbnail optimization, A/B testing, and analytics-driven improvements.

Key responsibilities

  • Optimize YouTube metadata: titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, playlists.
  • Create and test thumbnails; run A/B experiments on titles/CTAs to improve CTR and retention.
  • Conduct keyword research using TubeBuddy / vidIQ / Google Trends.
  • Build and maintain GA4 + YouTube Analytics dashboards and report on CTR, AVD, watch time, and subscriber growth.
  • Work with editors/designers (Premiere / After Effects / Canva) to deliver metadata-ready assets.
  • Monitor competitors and update channel playbooks and tagging strategies.

Must-have qualifications

  • 2+ years hands-on experience in YouTube SEO, channel growth, or video marketing.
  • Practical use of YouTube Studio and at least one tool: TubeBuddy or vidIQ.
  • Data-driven: experience with A/B testing, retention analysis, and GA4.
  • Comfortable with basic spreadsheet analysis (pivot tables) or basic SQL.
  • Available for on-site night shift in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.

Preferred

  • Experience growing US/UK audiences.
  • Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, captioning/subtitles, or accessibility best practices.
  • Prior agency or BPO multi-channel experience.
