Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Rawalpindi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be involved in conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and preparing sales reports and forecasts. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure successful project completion. The candidate should have basic know how about tender manager and public procurement rules.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and conducting market research
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a sales team effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
  • Experience in the construction or security equipment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field
  • Experience in the field of corporate sales and public procurement will be preferred.
