Responsibilities and Duties

  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their travel preferences, budgets, and needs.
  • Itinerary Planning: Create customized travel plans that include flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other activities.
  • Booking and Reservations: Secure reservations for various travel services using specialized booking systems.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other suppliers to get the best arrangements.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Provide clients with necessary travel documents, including passports and visas, and advise on travel requirements.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve any issues or disruptions that may arise during a client's trip.
  • Payment Processing: Handle billing, collect payments, and manage invoices for travel arrangements.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about the latest travel trends, new destinations, and relevant regulations to provide up-to-date information.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed about their travel plans and any changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to understand and meet client needs.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and vendors.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage complex itineraries, details, and multiple bookings.
  • Destination Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of various domestic and international travel destinations and their offerings.
  • Technological Proficiency: Skill in using booking systems and other relevant software.
  • Negotiation: Ability to negotiate prices and terms with travel suppliers.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to market and sell travel packages effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150, Rs200,000.00 per month
