As 
Accountant

in our 
Finance Department

, you will ensure financial integrity and compliance across our operations. You will play a key role in closing, reporting, and supporting strategic financial initiatives across Integra's UAE presence.

Your key responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and assist with budget monitoring.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts.
  • Handle month-end closing activities including salaries, accruals, prepayments, and expense reports.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure timely postings in accounting systems.
  • Supervise accounts receivable/payable with weekly aging reviews.
  • Maintain petty cash disbursements, salary sheets, staff disbursements & staff documents in accordance with local laws.
  • Submit VAT and Corporation Tax returns for Dubai's entitiy in compliance with local laws.
  • Assist in internal audits and resolve discrepancies or compliance issues.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting timelines.
  • Potential start date within 1-2 weeks.
  • People living within reasonably commutable distance nearby will be preferred.
  • Full training will be provided.
  • Timings will be decided by your line manager (UAE or UK standard timings).
  • We need someone with a can-do attitude and is willing to learn and committed to work.

  • Education: ACCA (part qualified) / B.COM
  • Current role: Preferrable General Accountant / Accountant with experience of 1-2 years
  • System: QuickBooks, MS Excel, MS Word.
