We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Handler & Customer Relations Specialist to manage our online presence and customer interactions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms

  • Creating and curating high-quality content that engages our audience

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Analyzing social media metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and online community

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand goals

  • Create and schedule content across social media platforms

  • Engage with customers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Monitor and report on social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging

*Requirements:*

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and customer relations

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a supportive environment and collaborate with team members
