Role Description

Aificient Labs is seeking a full-time Outreach Associate to join our team on-site in DHA Lahore. The Outreach Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, managing community outreach activities, delivering impactful presentations, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to promote the company's mission and solutions effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in customer service and managing community outreach efforts
  • Experience in creating and delivering compelling presentations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple priorities
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in technology or automation industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field
