Role: Marketing & Growth Executive (Onsite - Lahore)

At Primefit, we've built a solid foundation. But now, we're at the stage where growth is no longer optional, it's the priority. The area where we need the biggest push? Marketing & Sales.

A mid-to-senior professional (3-5 years of experience) with a marketing background. Someone who's ready to step in and truly own the function.

Your role will be about:

  • Building and executing a brand strategy that actually connects with people and builds a community.
  • Designing and leading growth campaigns that deliver measurable results. Driving PR, collaborations, and brand visibility in a highly competitive market (UAE, KSA and PK)
  • Aligning sales + marketing into one scalable, revenue-driven system.
  • It's a leadership role for someone who wants to strategise, execute, and see their work translate directly into impact.
  • You'll be leading performance marketing strategies, content, and sales funnels on the side, the engines that will fuel our next stage of growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media.
  • FLUENT Communication Skills (English)
  • experience in copywriting is a PLUS.
