We're looking for a
YouTube Growth Strategist
with
6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO, specifically within the YouTube niche.
The ideal candidate will have a proven portfolio that showcases their ability to optimize and scale YouTube channels effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow YouTube channel reach, subscribers, and engagement.
  • Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails using SEO best practices.
  • Analyze YouTube Analytics to track performance and adjust growth strategies.
  • Research trending content and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to align video production with growth goals.

Requirements:

  • 6 months – 1 year of proven experience in YouTube SEO and growth strategies.
  • Strong portfolio highlighting successful channel or video growth results.
  • Understanding of YouTube Analytics, SEO tools, and algorithm trends.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
