Position Overview:

The University of Bolton – Greater Manchester, Islamabad, is seeking highly qualified and experienced Faculty Members
to join our academic team for Business, Computing, and Law programs. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate educators and industry experts to contribute to a dynamic and innovative academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Learning:

  • Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and workshops for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
  • Develop and update course materials in alignment with the latest academic and industry trends.
  • Use innovative teaching methodologies to enhance the learning experience.

Research and Academic Contribution:

  • Engage in scholarly research and contribute to academic publications.
  • Participate in conferences, workshops, and professional development activities.
  • Support the university's research initiatives through active collaboration.

Student Mentorship and Support:

  • Guide and mentor students in their academic and professional development.
  • Provide feedback on assignments, projects, and examinations in a timely manner.

Administrative and Departmental Responsibilities:

  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum planning.
  • Assist in academic events, program accreditation processes, and other university activities.

Industry Engagement:

  • Collaborate with industry stakeholders to ensure curriculum relevance.
  • Organize guest lectures, workshops, and career-oriented activities for students.

Requirements:

  • A Master's or Ph.D
    .
    in the relevant discipline (Business, Computing, or Law) from a reputable institution.
  • Foreign degrees and qualifications are strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of teaching experience in higher education.
  • Industry experience in the relevant field will be a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to teaching excellence and research.
  • Familiarity with modern teaching tools and technologies.
