Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing logistics clients.
  • Promote freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and related services.
  • Maintain an updated database of clients, leads, and prospects in CRM.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of logistics services.
  • Follow up on shipments, service performance, and client satisfaction.
  • Generate sales reports and share updates with management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or related field).
  • 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience in the logistics industry.
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding, supply chain, and transport services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong negotiation skills and customer-focused mindset.
