The IT Executive will manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, communication systems, and security platforms. The role requires strong expertise in Cisco servers, IP telephones, Twilio, CCTV systems, and advanced monitoring and incident management. The candidate will also participate in disaster recovery, system upgrades, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco Servers and network devices.
  • Manage LAN/WAN connectivity, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
  • Ensure consistent data backups, system restoration, and early issue detection.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor alerts, logs, dashboards, and performance trends for potential issues.
  • Incident Response: Perform regular system health checks and respond to incidents as per defined SLAs.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Execute backups, scheduled system jobs, patching, and tasks across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.
  • DR/BCP: Participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning, testing, and documentation.
  • Support patching, upgrades, and deployment activities, including off-peak and after-hours schedules when required.
  • Clear understanding of IP calling, IP phone configuration, and VoIP systems.
  • Experience in managing Sangoma PABX System, call routing, IP settings, and International Calling setups.
  • Strong understanding of Twilio (Tuilio) software for calling, SMS, OTP, and automation workflows.
  • Install, configure, and operate CCTV cameras and recording systems
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
  • Monitor IT system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Ensure timely maintenance and minimal downtime of IT assets.
  • Handle user accounts, permissions, and email configurations.
  • Assist with new system rollouts and technology implementation.
  • Integrate and maintain communication tools within the network environment.
  • Install, configure, and update essential security tools, antivirus, and OS patches.
  • Support implementation and management of ERP, CRM, and cloud-based tools.
  • Strong knowledge of DMSS, Hikvision, and Dahua CCTV platforms and remote monitoring tools.
  • Diagnose camera faults, ensure proper recording, and maintain backup integrity.
  • Keep updated IT asset inventories, licensing records, and maintenance logs.
  • Prepare reports on incidents, system performance, and improvements.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and support cases.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams for smooth operations and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with management on IT improvements, upgrades, and planning initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT support and system administration.
  • Deep knowledge of Cisco Servers, networking, IP phones, and VoIP systems.
  • Experience with Sangoma PABX and international calling setup.
  • Strong know-how of Twilio, CCTV installation, DMSS, Hikvision, Dahua software.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and perform off-peak maintenance.
