Summary:

Waada is on the lookout for a driven and creative Creative Associate who can bring content to life across mediums. This is an execution-heavy, end-to-end content production role — from ideation and scripting to shoot execution and post-production coordination. If you're someone who understands design, storytelling, and filmmaking and can manage creative workflows with precision, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the production of content from concept to delivery - including brief creation, storyboarding, scripting, and execution
  • Support art direction, including sourcing props, talent, locations, and styling for shoots
  • Assist in video production and filmmaking, coordinating with videographers, editors, and designers to create engaging content
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling static and motion content that aligns with brand objectives
  • Develop and manage creative briefs for designers, editors, and external agencies/vendors
  • Provide support on graphic design and basic UI-related projects when needed
  • Ensure consistency in branding and storytelling across platforms
  • Maintain production schedules, manage approvals, and oversee timely content delivery
  • Take ownership of content quality, reviewing and refining visual assets before they go live

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in visual arts, graphic design or a relative field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in content production or creative role.

Skills:

  • Strong skills in graphic design and intermediate-level proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX fundamentals and digital content design
  • Experience in storyboarding and scripting for video content is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end production workflows
  • A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
