About the Role

We are looking for a Multimedia Content Creator to join our team in Accra, Ghana.

This is a hands-on creative position for someone passionate about video production, editing, graphic design, and digital marketing.

The role involves producing engaging visual content — from filming real estate and lifestyle videos to creating social media posts, billboards, and digital advertisements — all aimed at showcasing our projects and strengthening the company's online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing


• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for the company's real estate projects, marketing campaigns, and corporate communication.


• Capture interviews, property walkthroughs, and construction updates with professional framing and lighting.


• Edit footage with clean transitions, music, subtitles, and basic VFX as needed.

Graphic & Visual Desig

n
• Design engaging visuals for social media posts, email campaigns, billboards, and print materials

• Create and maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital platforms

• Work on motion graphics, animated intros, and brand video templates when required

Digital Marketing & Social Medi

• Manage and schedule regular posts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn

• Coordinate with management for content planning and creative direction

• Track content performance and suggest improvements to boost engagement

Branding & Creative Suppor

t
• Contribute to new marketing ideas, campaigns, and storytelling concepts

• Collaborate with internal departments to support various marketing needs — including presentations, internal videos, and advertisements

• Maintain organized digital assets and ensure brand consistency in all creative work

Requirement

s
• Minimum 3 years of experience in video production, editing, or multimedia design

.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools

.
• Strong creative sense for visuals, color, and composition

.
• Experience managing brand social media pages (preferred)

.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media strategy

.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently

.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and collaboration skills
