About The Role
We are looking for a
Lead Videographer
to head our video production team and drive the creation of high-quality, engaging video content. The ideal candidate is a creative leader with extensive experience in videography, video editing, color grading, and VFX, as well as a strong command of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and other industry-standard software. This role requires a keen eye for cinematography, storytelling, and aesthetics, along with the ability to lead a team in producing videos that captivate audiences and align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Mentorship:

• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of videographers, editors, and animators, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to help team members grow and excel.
• Set clear goals, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content.

Video Production & Cinematography

• Plan, shoot, and direct video content, ensuring high-quality visuals and compelling storytelling.
• Oversee all aspects of video production, including lighting, framing, and camera work.
• Ensure that all video content aligns with the brand's visual identity and messaging.

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit videos in various styles, ensuring seamless transitions, pacing, and storytelling.
• Perform color grading to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
• Add VFX, motion graphics, and animations using After Effects and other tools.
• Ensure all videos are polished, professional, and ready for distribution across multiple platforms.

Creative Vision & Strategy

• Develop and execute a cohesive video content strategy that aligns with the brand's vision and business objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
• Stay updated on video trends and incorporate innovative techniques into your work.

Quality Control & Brand Consistency

• Review and refine video content to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.
• Maintain brand consistency across all video touchpoints, ensuring a unified visual identity.

Project Management

• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
