Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Freight Broker located in Karāchi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Freight Broker will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including overseeing the freight brokerage process, providing excellent customer service, managing dispatch operations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves account management to ensure client satisfaction and smooth logistics operations.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage
  • Experience in Customer Service and Dispatching

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in logistics or transportation industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is preferred
