As the Freight Brokerage Manager, you will oversee and guide the Freight Broker Sales team to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • The role requires strong leadership experience in managing high-performing teams with a focus on coaching and development, along with proven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • In addition, deep expertise in freight brokerage operations, regulatory compliance, and transportation networks is essential.
