Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist with a proven track record in selling BIM/Revit Design Services — specifically MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and Architectural solutions — to international clients, primarily in the USA and Canada. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities for BIM/Revit MEP and Architectural design services in the USA and Canadian markets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, design firms, general contractors, engineering consultants, and other potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify client needs, emerging trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate with the design and estimation teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to project delivery teams.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Report sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven international sales experience in BIM/Revit Design Services (MEP and/or Architectural) targeting USA and/or Canadian markets.
  • Strong understanding of BIM workflows, Revit design processes, and construction design services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
