Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Associate Project Manager to join our SAAS company specializing in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). As the Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of technical projects, managing a team, and ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies. Your role will involve project planning, resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder communication, and driving continuous improvement in project execution.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage a team, including software developers, testers, and other project team members, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

· Apply Agile methodologies to drive project execution, including Scrum, and ensure that project teams are following Agile best practices.

· Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and other project teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and create project plans and timelines.

· Develop and maintain project schedules, including task assignments, resource allocation, and dependencies, ensuring efficient utilization of team members' skills and availability.

· Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and proactively identify and address project risks and issues to ensure timely delivery and mitigate potential impacts on project outcomes.

· Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring alignment and coordination of efforts to meet project objectives.

· Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance.

· Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as product management, quality assurance, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of the overall solution.

· Continuously evaluate project performance, collect feedback, and identify areas for process improvement, efficiency gains, and quality enhancements.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Project Management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent) will be a plus.

· 1-3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in a SAAS company offering WMS, OMS, or TMS solutions.

· Proven experience managing software development projects with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

· Strong technical background and understanding of WMS, OMS, and TMS concepts, architecture, and integration points.

· Proficiency in project management tools, collaboration platforms, and Agile project management software.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide individuals and teams toward project goals.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving solutions and resolving issues in a timely manner.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities.
