We are a rapidly growing Digital Marketing Agency specializing in Web Design & Development, Graphics & Branding, Social Media Creatives, and Paid Ads. We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and help us generate high-quality leads to drive our business forward. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully using freelance platforms and LinkedIn to identify and convert potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads on freelance platforms such as , Upwork, Guru, and others.
  • Use LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify and nurture potential leads.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies that align with the agency's services in Web Design & Development, Graphics & Branding, Social Media Creatives, and Paid Ads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through email outreach, direct messaging, and follow-ups.
  • Qualify leads based on their needs and project requirements, and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities and success metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and use that knowledge to attract new business.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation on freelance platforms like , Upwork, Guru, or similar.
  • Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation techniques.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services including Web Design & Development, Graphics & Branding, Social Media Creatives, and Paid Ads.
  • Ability to craft compelling proposals and reach out to prospects in a professional manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with agencies in the digital marketing space.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools to track leads and conversions.
  • Familiarity with analytics and performance tracking for lead generation campaigns.
  • Experience with other lead generation platforms or tools.
