Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Finance Manager KSA (6 months contract)
to oversee the financial operations of our client based in Saudi Arabia (hospitality business). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work closely with operational teams to drive financial performance and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

·      Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.

·      Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis.

·      Support strategic decision-making with financial insights.

·      Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.

·      Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

·      Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.

·      Manage cash flow to ensure operational liquidity.

·      Optimize working capital and oversee banking relationships.

·      Analyze cost structures and identify areas for savings.

·      Collaborate with department heads to improve margins.

·      Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.

·      Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.

·      Implement internal controls and risk mitigation strategies.

·      Supervise finance staff and support their development.

·      Work closely with operations, HR, and procurement teams.

Qualifications & Skills

·      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred).

· years of experience in finance, ideally within hospitality or service industries.

·      Strong understanding of hospitality operations and cost structures.

·      Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).

·      Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

·      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment.
