Key Responsibilities

  • Front Office & Coordination: Manage reception duties including visitor handling, calls, and correspondence with professionalism and warmth.
  • Executive Assistance: Provide scheduling, meeting coordination, and logistical support to the CEO and COO. Prepare meeting materials, follow-ups, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Administrative & HR Support: Assist in maintaining records, attendance, and leave management; coordinate with HR for staff requirements, documentation, and internal communication.
  • Sales & Operations Assistance: Support the sales and marketing teams with document preparation, data entry, and follow-up coordination.
  • Office Management: Oversee maintenance, supplies, and vendor coordination to ensure the workspace runs efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, HR, or related field).
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or executive support roles.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and internal management systems.
