Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist, learn, and execute Business / Marketing / HR activities in the organization
  • Act as a liaison between the management and departments
  • Ensure smooth office operations and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Provide secretarial support to the Directors.
  • Manage daily calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain confidential records and files.
  • Maintain and manage daily & monthly attendance records.
  • Support in payroll processing.
  • Handle HR office operations & documentation and annual reviews
  • Provide general HR administrative support as needed.

General qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management (BBA).
  • Fresh to 3 years of experience.
  • Strong Written and Speaking communication.
