Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a BIM Modeler, located in Lahore. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing accurate Building Information Models for various disciplines, including Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP). The role includes preparing construction drawings, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring model coordination and compliance with project standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and applications
  • Strong understanding and experience in Architecture and Modeling disciplines
  • Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Expertise in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings
  • Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in models
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and meet deadlines
  • Relevant educational background in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus

Preferred:

  • Experience working on
    commercial, residential, or hospitality projects
