, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated
BIM Manager
to join our expanding technical team in Lahore.

We are looking for a professional with
4–6 years of experience
in
Building Information Modeling (BIM)
, particularly on
high-rise and large-scale building projects
, who can lead the integration of digital design processes across multidisciplinary teams.

About the Role:

As a
BIM Manager
, you will be responsible for managing and implementing
BIM workflows, standards, and coordination
for architecture, structure, and MEP systems. The role requires hands-on expertise, strong leadership, and familiarity with
international project environments
.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the
  implementation, coordination, and management of BIM processes
  across all disciplines.
• Develop and maintain
  BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
  , templates, and project standards.
• Oversee the production of
  3D models, 4D simulations, and clash detection reports
  for high-rise and complex buildings.
• Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure model integrity and consistency.
• Manage project data and workflows through
  CDE (Common Data Environment)
  systems.
• Conduct
  quality checks
  , audits, and BIM compliance reviews on ongoing projects.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
• Support international collaboration and coordination on global projects.

Skills & Tools Required:

Advanced proficiency in:

• Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure & MEP), Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, Dynamo, BIM 360, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, Rhino + Grasshopper, Twinmotion, and Enscape.
• Strong understanding of
  BIM standards and workflows
  (ISO 19650, PAS 1192, etc.).
• Experience with
  data management platforms
  such as
  ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
  or
  Bentley ProjectWise
  .
• Familiarity with
  parametric modeling, generative design
  , and
  visual programming tools
  .
• Excellent project coordination, documentation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:
Bachelor's in Architecture, Civil, or Building Information Modeling (Master's preferred).

Experience:
4–6 years in BIM management, with proven experience on
high-rise and international projects
.

Experience in
multidisciplinary coordination
and
design optimization workflows
is essential.

On-site position based in Lahore
– immediate availability preferred.
