Department: Drilling Maintenance & Workshop

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Mechanical Workshop Floor Incharge to supervise and manage day-to-day activities at our Drilling Maintenance Workshop. The selected candidate will report directly to the Drilling Maintenance Department and will be responsible for smooth execution of floor-level operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of maintenance jobs at workshop floor level.
  • Handling and overseeing drilling rigs (truck-mounted), lathe machines, welding plants, shaper machines, and other workshop equipment.
  • Assigning and monitoring tasks to workshop technicians and mechanics.
  • Ensuring timely and efficient repair, maintenance, and fabrication work.
  • Maintaining safety and quality standards on the workshop floor.
  • Coordinating with management for resource requirements, spare parts, and technical support.
  • Preparing daily/weekly progress and maintenance reports.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: DAE (Mechanical)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in workshop machinery operations,and supervision.
  • Strong technical knowledge of welding, machining, and fabrication. Basic knowledge of drilling equoemnts.
  • Ability to lead and manage floor staff effectively.
  • Good communication and reporting skills (including WhatsApp correspondence).
